KTA

KTA crystal (KTiOAsO₄) is a high-efficiency nonlinear optical material for optical parametric oscillation (OPO), enabling tunable solid-state lasers with >50% energy conversion. Compared to KTP, KTA exhibits superior nonlinear/electro-optic coefficients, higher damage thresholds, and lower absorption in the 2.0–5.0 μm band, making it ideal for advanced mid-IR laser systems.
