AGSe-Silver Selenogallate

AgGaSe₂ (AGSe) is a leading infrared nonlinear optical crystal for mid- to far-infrared applications (2–18 μm), excelling in three-wave mixing processes. With a high nonlinear coefficient (d₃₆=39 pm/V), it outperforms AGS in infrared transmission (absorption <0.05 cm⁻¹ @10.6 μm) and thermal stability (melting point ≈860°C), making it ideal for high-power IR laser systems and nonlinear frequency conversion.
